My journey into processes started with an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk and led through university into consulting. There, I supported CRM migrations for automotive manufacturers, analyzed processes in workshops, and built data solutions with Python and PowerBI. What I kept seeing: The best solutions are often the simplest ones. You just need to know where to look.
