What a finding looks like

Example diagnosis

Your bottleneck most likely sits in Sales / quoting - the process hangs on a single person and breaks when they're out.

Person dependencyAddress actively

Plus three concrete levers and the cascade impact.

1Context

So we can put the diagnosis in context.

How the diagnosis works

No black box, no AI voodoo - transparent rule-based logic in three stages.

1. Seven short answers

You pick area, frequency, symptoms, anchor - no numbers, no data uploads.

2. Rule-based evaluation

We derive the bottleneck type from symptoms and anchor, and weight urgency from frequency and growth.

3. A named finding

You get a clear sentence, the cascade impact and three concrete levers - no score circus.

The four bottleneck types

Every diagnosis assigns your bottleneck to one of these types - with concrete examples.

Person dependency

Example: Ms. Meyer writes every offer. When she's sick, sales stops.

Media break

Example: Customer data lives in HubSpot, Notion, Excel - and gets maintained three times.

Capacity limit

Example: Support handles 80 tickets, gets 110. The gap shows up as churn.

Quality issue

Example: Every third invoice needs correction - rework costs more than the invoice.

Frequently asked questions

What is a bottleneck diagnosis?

A bottleneck diagnosis identifies the process in your company that's slowing growth the most - not as a score, but as a named statement with cascade impact on downstream processes.

How is this different from a process analysis?

A classic process analysis documents every step of one process. The bottleneck diagnosis does the opposite: it scans across processes for the one that limits the whole system - and delivers a hypothesis in under four minutes.

What does it cost?

Nothing. The tool is free, no login, no credit card, no sales call. We use it as an honest entry point - if the finding lands, you can optionally book a 20-minute call.

How long does it take?

Three to four minutes. Seven short questions, six are click-answers and one is a mini free-text field. No data upload, no prep needed.

Do I need data or preparation?

No. The diagnosis works on your assessment - any experienced ops lead or founder has the information in their head. For deeper analysis we recommend on-site shadowing afterwards.

How accurate is the diagnosis?

It delivers a well-grounded hypothesis, not consulting. In about 80% of cases the named bottleneck matches what we find in a real audit. The rest we clarify in the call or during shadowing.
